Store Terms and Conditions

All prints are sold unframed unless stated on the product page.

Transactions are processed by Stripe, GooglePay, ApplePay and PayPal in £GBP (pounds sterling) with your credit or debit cards. Postage costs, if applicable, will be added to your order at the checkout.

Postage Costs

UK Delivery

Currently UK Standard Delivery is free of charge. Please get in touch for Express Delivery options.

Europe Delivery

Please get in touch for a quote for Europe Delivery.

Rest of the World Delivery

Please get in touch for a quote for Rest of the World Delivery.

Delivery

UK items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, Recorded Delivery (Signed for), Special Delivery, Evri or courier with the relevant level of insurance and proof of purchase. We will email you when the item has been dispatched. For very bulky or heavy items or parcels we may use couriers. In this case we will contact you beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery date.

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days but usually dispatch within 1-2 working days. All items will be dispatched as soon as possible and will be delivered within 2 weeks for UK customers or 30 days for international, or as stated on product page. Once dispatched we will email you a dispatch notification.

In some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take longer than usual. We will advise on a delivery date in this case.

Please bear in mind most items are handmade one offs or from small editions so we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will advise you of a delivery date.

Shipping to Non UK countries will be sent via Royal Mail's overseas parcel services or international courier. Insurance will be obtained for goods.

Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Fiona Hamilton has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.

Please get in touch if you require a parcel to arrive by a certain date.

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to make a return you must inform us in writing by email or letter within 7 days of delivery. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged.

You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment minus postage. We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days. Refunds will only be issued if item is returned in unused/same condition it was delivered in.

Items made to order are not subject to returns. For example, any artwork made or printed to order will be non returnable.

Due to monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Handmade items such as textiles may have small variations in colour or pattern which we cannot be held responsible for. However if large variations occur we will advise before shipment.

Please note these terms and conditions refer to sales via the Store on this website only.

Breakages and damaged items

If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. A representative from our carriers may contact you as part of the claim process or we may need the damaged item to be returned to us. A replacement will be dispatched after we have either received the damaged item or after advice from our carriers. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.

For faulty items (not breakages) please return the goods to us within 7 days with receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item.

Lost items

If your item does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch for UK and 14 days for rest of the world, please contact us in case delivery has been delayed. For standard delivery please leave 14 days for UK orders and 30 days for international orders for parcels to arrive from the date the parcel is due to arrive in case of delays to the postal service.

Items returned to us by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.

We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.

Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the carrier (Royal Mail, courier).

Fiona Hamilton cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience a lost or delayed order may cause.

Discount & Voucher Codes

Vouchers and discount codes are occasionally offered. We reserve the right to withdraw a discount code at any time.

These terms do not apply to gift vouchers.

Free postage codes cannot be used for Express Delivery.

Recycling

We used recycled packaging as much as possible to keep postage costs down and to reduce our impact on the environment. Our postal tubes are manufactured from 100% recycled cardboard and are recyclable. The plastic ends are made from LDPE and are recyclable.
